Shipping & Transit Times

We normally ship via USPS Ground.

Typical transit time is 5–7 business days, depending on your location (Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, or the continental U.S.).

These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Once the package is with the carrier, delays may occur that are outside our control.
Delivery Responsibility

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Pertinacia LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

If your order shows as delivered but you did not receive it, you must file a claim directly with USPS.

Pertinacia LLC will not issue refunds for orders marked as delivered.
Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

Include photos of the package and items to speed up resolution.

We will assist you in filing a claim with USPS, but responsibility ultimately lies with the carrier once the package leaves our facility.
U.S. Shipping Only

At this time, we only ship within the United States and Puerto Rico.

If you purchase from outside the U.S. using a freight forwarder, you are responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees charged upon arrival.
