Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing during peak seasons.

Shipping & Transit Times

  • We normally ship via USPS Ground.

  • Typical transit time is 5–7 business days, depending on your location (Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, or the continental U.S.).

  • These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Once the package is with the carrier, delays may occur that are outside our control.

Delivery Responsibility

  • Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Pertinacia LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

  • If your order shows as delivered but you did not receive it, you must file a claim directly with USPS.

  • Pertinacia LLC will not issue refunds for orders marked as delivered.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • Include photos of the package and items to speed up resolution.

  • We will assist you in filing a claim with USPS, but responsibility ultimately lies with the carrier once the package leaves our facility.

U.S. Shipping Only

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States and Puerto Rico.

  • If you purchase from outside the U.S. using a freight forwarder, you are responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees charged upon arrival.
