PLEASE BE AWARE THAT FALSE CLAIMS OF BROKEN OR MISSING ITEMS WILL TAKE PART OF A DOCUMENTED AND LEGAL PROCESS. MAKING FALSE CLAIMS CAN RESULT IN LEGAL ACTIONS.

Order Cancelation Policy

Orders placed will have a 1 hour cancelation time OR can be canceled if the order has not been processed. If more than 1 hour has passed on the time of purchase OR the order is already processed the item cannot be canceled due to logistic structure of the business. PLEASE BE AWARE that once the product has been processed the item cannot be canceled.

IF CUSTOMER WANTS TO CANCER ORDER AND WE DETERMINE WE CAN CANCEL BUT THE ITEM ALREADY HAS A SHIPPING LABEL, THERE WILL BE A $10 CHARGE FOR THE SHIPPING LABEL!

Refund Policy

TESTERS AND GIFT BOXES ARE NOT ELEGIBLE FOR RETURNS

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return label will be provided and paid by the customer returning the item and this cost will be non refundable.

ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A $10 OR 15% REFUND FEE, TO PAY FOR SHIPPING AND OPERATIONAL COST DEPENDING ON ITEM COST.

Products will be verified by our staff before providing the refund amount stated.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any cologne that was used by the reciever is not subject to return.

Using the fragrance automatically results in a status of unable to return or request a refund.

ORDERS THAT HAD ORIGINAL SEAL / PLASTIC REMOVED, OPENED, BROKEN OR TAMPERED ARE UNABLE TO REFUND.

Items that are in good condition, that where used and buyer does not like the scent, longetivity or quality of the authentic product will not be subject to refund.

Lost / Stolen item MARKED AS DELIVERED are not subject for refund.

PLEASE CONTACT FIRST BEFORE SENDING THE PRODUCT! FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN LOGISTICS PROBLEMS!

ITEMS VERIFIED BY OUR STAFF THAT DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR REFUNDS BY THE RULES GIVEN ABOVE OR BELOW AND HAD BEEN SENT BY CUSTOMER WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 50% FEE.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 14 days to request a return or refund upon recieving item.

PLEASE TAKE VIDEOS OF ITEM WHEN CONTACTING US!

TO START THE PROCESS YOU WILL NEED VIDEOS OF THE COLOGNE, BOX AND SHIPPING PACKAGE AS EVIDENCE. 

Pictures are not allowed due to potential fraud.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you make a new purchase please send reciept via email.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Important Information

Buyer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for the returning item. Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you recieve a refund, the cost of the return shipping cost can be deducted from your refund total, depending on the scenario.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Failure to do so can or will result in shipping problems, and will result in more waiting time for you refund.

Responsability Discharge

When buying online products specialy colognes, perfumes, fragrances or any other name that could be used to identify the product is a almost blind buy process. By continuing to buy the product the buyer has total responsability of the item. This can result in disatisfaction of smell, scent or expectations of the buyer or users of the product. Pertinacia LLC will not be responsible nor liable for any expectations, interpretrations, thoughs, or any other subjective or objective manner that the buyer has on the product other than broken products. Also by placing the order you acept the product cancelation and refund policy. By continue to buy you agree on all terms writen in this responsability discharge and other items stated above or bellow.
