Are your fragrances 100% authentic?
Yes. Every product we sell is 100% authentic and sourced directly from trusted suppliers. If you ever receive a product and have evidence it is not authentic, we will take it back for a full refund — read Our Promise.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard orders ship for a $7.98 flat rate and are FREE on orders $85+ anywhere in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Decant-sample orders ship for a $5.20 flat rate and are FREE at just $45+.
How fast will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1 business day (1–2 during peak seasons) and ship via USPS Ground. Typical transit time is 5–7 business days depending on your location. We currently ship within the United States and Puerto Rico only.
What is a decant?
A decant is a hand-poured sample (3ML, 5ML, or 10ML) taken from an authentic full-size bottle, in a travel-friendly atomizer. It's the smart way to try a fragrance before committing to a full bottle. Browse our Try Me Decants — hundreds of scents from $5.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes — free in-store pickup is available at our Bayamón, Puerto Rico location near Plaza Río Hondo. Choose "Pickup" at checkout, or plan a visit.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window on eligible items in original, unopened condition. Testers and gift boxes are not eligible. Returns are subject to a $10 or 15% restocking fee, and return shipping is paid by the customer. Always contact us before sending anything back. Full details in our Refund Policy.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — within 1 hour of purchase, or any time before your order is processed. If a shipping label has already been created, a $10 label fee applies.
My order arrived damaged or went missing — what do I do?
Contact us within 7 days through our contact form. For damage claims, please take videos of the item, the box, and the shipping package — video evidence is required so we can resolve it quickly. For packages marked delivered but not received, a claim must be filed with USPS.
